use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes
4. Sessions & Bookings Photography sessions are booked directly with Amy Harper Foto.
A booking fee is required to reserve a date.
The booking fee is non-refundable and is deducted from the final order.
Photography packages and products are selected and purchased after gallery delivery via Pic-Time.
One reschedule is possible in the case of illness or extreme weather, subject to availability.
Images are delivered through a private online gallery.
Images are shared publicly only with client permission.
By confirming a booking and/or paying the booking fee, you agree to these terms.
5. Purchases and External Services Prints and other products are sold through external gallery platforms. Their own terms and conditions apply to all purchases. This website may also link to external services or social media platforms. I am not responsible for their content or policies.
6. Information and Availability I do my best to keep this website accurate and up to date. However, information may change and occasional errors, interruptions, or updates may occur. The website may be updated or taken offline at any time.
7. Changes to These Terms These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Photography Terms & Conditions
All prints and products are produced and fulfilled through my online galleries and professional print partners.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they enter production, depending on the gallery provider’s policy. After production begins, cancellations are usually not possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery and include photographs of the problem. A replacement or refund may be arranged through the gallery support team in accordance with their policies.
Processing Refunds or replacements are handled in cooperation with the gallery platform and print lab, and processing times may vary.
